Starting my Unused-ectomy

Now that my home is finished and largely furnished, I can now feel free to focus myself on other things. I have made yet another goal. I know this surprises all of you. How can she improve further?!?! Well let me tell you that I am not perfect. There are always ways to improve yourself. My latest goal is to purge myself of all items I don't use. Consider it a diet for my home.

These items may have brought me joy or entertainment or even bragging rights at one point in my life. However they are now a yoke about my neck. I want to feel free of them. Do you know that feeling you have when you are driving home from the DI? I am looking forward to many trips to the DI and experiencing that feeling.

My first place to start will be the garage. Yip I will be ruthless!!!!!!!!!! I will pretend Kari is sitting right here pushing me to get rid of things. She has a way of making you feel really stupid for keeping stuff. I wish she could be here now. Oh well I must press on.

I tell you to quit your crying. These things will benefit others. For example I can see someone really enjoying the fabric bits I have saved for 26+ years. Perhaps they will use it to start a fire? Perhaps it will be used in someone's food storage for fuel. See how helpful I am?!?!

Look out DI, you are gonna need to expand your storage facilities.
